Very clean, very responsive hosts. They let us store our luggage early the first day at 8am - a huge help. Very convenient location. Thoughtful snacks and a comfy bed. Very quiet neighborhood.

Just a flying visit to Toronto and Margie's Townhouse suited us perfectly for the small amount of time we spent there! Good location (only a short walk from nearest subway) and very clear communications meant all went without a hitch so Thank You!

It was a great location near to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't get to meet Margie but she was extremely responsive to any requests and questions. The welcome snacks were a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Although the basement apt. is small, it is more than adequate for a stay. 2 double beds, beautiful bathroom, free snacks and a great location near lots of things .

Margie is a lovely host who ensures you are settled in and have everything you need with the right amount of attention and consideration. Lots of personal touches added to the experience also. We were in the downstairs room with ensuite and found this to be quite spacious. We also had access to the communal kitchen and dining space although we didnt need this for the 2 nights we stayed.

Location was excellent and Loblaws supermarket was only a short walk away. The en suite rooms were spacious and plenty of hot water. Plenty of room around the dining table. Good information on Toronto supplied.

Margie's townhouse is comfortable, conveniently located and reasonably priced. The house is located on a small, quiet street in the middle of downtown, just off Young Street, which has many stores and restaurants. My friend and I arrived at the townhouse after many hours of driving and were pleased with the ease and efficiency of check-in, which was clearly communicated to us in advance. Our room was in the basement suite, which was equipped with necessities for a one-night stay, i.e., a mini-refrigerator, TV, towels and basic toiletries. There were also a couple of bottles of water and snacks in our roomunexpected and much-appreciated treats! The two double beds in the room were comfortable and our private bathroom was clean. The entire place is also clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. There is an assigned parking space that's available on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternatively, it is possible to park on the street and there is underground parking across the street. I would recommend this place to duo or single travelers looking for a basic and comfortable place to stay in Toronto.

Great location. Lot's of restaurants and public transport nearby. Reasonably close to U of T which we were touring. (We walked) Very clean property and room. Comfortable beds. Nice touches in the room, free snacks/water, universal phone cable to use. Margie was helpful in answering my questions before we arrived. We met Margie on the way out, she was very friendly and professional.
